Qinghai is a place where diversified ethic groups including 1.1 million Muslim people inhabit.  It has a very long history of the production of traditional halal food and products with strong ethic features, particularly green and healthy halal food. Qinghai is rich in green and organic plant and animal resources and mining resources as well, which are valuable raw materials for its halal food and products and advantages to develop its halal industry.

In order to strengthen the international cooperation of halal industry, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and People’s Government of Qinghai Province will co-host the 2011 China (Qinghai) International Halal Food & Products Fair (CIHFP2010) in Xining on July 22-25.  Qinghai Province organized the previous three Fairs with the latest ideas, most responsible attitudes and the best working spirits, which were well recognized by both Chinese and foreign exhibitors.  CIHFP has become a cooperation bridge between Chinese and foreign companies and a booster to the international Muslim industry.

CIHFP2011 will focus on the theme of “Green, Guiding, Cooperation and Win-Win”.  We will take effective measures and favorable policies to better serve Chinese and foreign buyers and exhibitors to make sure the Fair will be fruitful and special.
