Qinghai Province, as a multiethnic area, has about 1.1 million population of Muslim. Halal food and products in Qinghai are well-known for its remarkable features. Qinghai is rich in pasture land with original ecosystem, and the leading companies here produce popular halal food and products for the international market with its ecological, organic, health and nature characteristics, such as beef and mutton in Qinghai, which is truly green food featured by health, coarse fiber, abundance in protein and being low-fat. The food and products along with garments and other products have become renowned among Muslim people and people of other nations. We see strong ethnic and economic foundations for this international fair.

Meanwhile, we will host a China-Muslim Countries Business Cooperation Forum to research into the development of Muslim ethical economy with the presence of famous scholars, experts and business leaders.
