Booth Fee of the CIHFP 2012
The CIHFP 2012 has Hall A and Hall B as venues and lasts 4 days. The total exhibition area is 30,000 square meters. There are in all 1,000 indoor international standard booths, of which 180 are for foreign exhibitors.
Hall A is for special decoration, It mainly includes image promotion of foreign countries, image display of domestic provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and Qinghai Province, and image display pavilion for large enterprises; there are in all 580 standard booths; Hall B is for display and sale of individual domestic Muslims food and supply companies; there are in all 420 standard booths.
I Booth fee
Standard Booth: 650 USD
Space Only: 600 USD per 36 square meters.
II Fees include:
A Corresponding booth area, rental of display boards, corporate eyebrow board (Chinese and English), utilities, cleaning and security expenses;
B Each booth may send two people as formal representatives for related activities to participate conferences
C Stay at the Official Hotel of the fair, free bus transportation from hotel to exhibition hall for foreign visitors and exhibitors; the hotel and dining at their own expense
D Get an Exhibition Catalogue for free during the fair with Contact List of Chinese and Foreign Conference Participator
Favorable Terms of Investment and Exhibitors Attraction for the CIHFP 2012
To further expand the scale of the fair, upgrade the efficiency and enrich the achievements of the fair, the organizing committee of this fair formulates the following favorable terms for investment and exhibitor attraction and conference registration.
I Favorable Terms for booth fee
A For registration time
Exhibitors who register and pay booth fee:
Before May 31st: 200 USD/ Standard Booth (3m *3m);
Before June 30th: 400 USD/ Standard Booth (3m *3m).
B For number of exhibitors organized:
For 5-9 exhibitors: 400 USD/ Standard Booth
For 10-15 exhibitors (including 10): 300 USD/ Standard Booth
For More than 15 exhibitors (including 15): 200 USD/ Standard Booth
II Favorable terms for foreign buyers and organizers of foreign buyers
A The Organizing Committee will cover accommodation, meals and transportation cost of those foreign buyers with definite purchase intention in Qinghai during the fair
B The Organizing Committee will invite those foreign buyers with definite purchase intention to reception banquet hosted by the provincial government
C For those organizers who organize more than 10 foreign buyers with definite purchase intention, the Organizing committee will cover the accommodation cost of 1 person in Qinghai Province during the fair and invite the organizer to present at China- Muslim Countries Economic and Trade Cooperation Summit, banquet hosted by the provincial government , tour inspection and other related activities.
